Oh "Maid" Freaking God

In the past, when i read new articles about maid being ill-treated by "BAD" employer, i will feel so disgusted and sad about what people can do in this world. Even though there are maid that kill their employer or their baby, i still sided with the maid, thinking that they must have been ill-treated by their employer which forced them to do such things...

Thus, i did not wish to have a maid and even more so now (explain later).

Unfortunately, my family due to some problems had no choice but employ one.

Initially when the maid came...i feel sad...maid are sad people...leaving thier own home to stay in someone else's house and to serve them. Thus, i was rather defending of her (trying to be a good person)...so when my sisters talk bad about her working attitude (relatively good compared to present), i will sometime disagree with them.

The maid, initially listen to almost everything we told her to do. Worked quite well and yes...she is smart...very smart (you will know why) i would say...but sometime there will be some mistakes here and there...since it is only the first few weeks, thinking time is needed to adapt to a different place...we did not think much of it...

After a few more weeks passes...follow by months...finally...adaptation...not for good...i wouldn't say bad...human's nature...the maid started to learn ways to slack off...

LIST of WAYS to SLACK:

-So as not to tidy up some places in the house, she would say she is afraid that she will messed up our stuff resulting in us unable to find our stuff
-So as to do lesser chores, she would do her tasks slowly (and i mean VERY slowly) (ok only exaggerating but still quite slow)
-So she would not tire herself out, she will use very little strength in cleanly clothes and untensils
-So she can rest more, when given tasks to go out of the house (like buying stuff), she will take her own sweet time to walk (30 mins walk for a 10 mins distance)
-more to list...but cant remember...too much and too long ago...

LIST of BAD HABITS

-She has a tendency to listen on to your conversation and act like she isn't (make a good spy)
-She may not have her line of vision on you, but when you walk pass, you can feel the gaze (yes she is looking at you)
-She look out of the window when she is washing the dishes (that explain the rice in the plate after washing) (oh ya not to forget the detergent taste in my water)
-She is alway too busy to tidy the place up (busy reading newspaper)
-She will not stop to help even if she see u trying to clear up a big mess (is she not paid to help)
-same as above...many more...can't possibly list all (you know what i mean) (doesn't matter if you don't)

Not too long ago (not that near as well), she got a handphone. Well not that she shouldn't have it...but messaging friend on the work, listening to radio using the handphone, etc...(wouldn't you get fired???) (Oh ya you wouldn't, not when you are working in my house) (Oh ya don't forget, not like with your previous owner that scolded you which you couldn't stand and left).

Still i feel that, leaving your own house to work in a foreign country is a sad thing...but i can also now understand why some employer can do some of the stuff they do...but i wouldn't say what they did is right...well...not all maid are bad...just some (maybe most)...i just got the bad ones...get one...maybe you will know...

(this post is incompleted but may never be complete cause i do not think i will want to write something this long again...just to express my feeling...actually not even half long enough to express my feelings...too much stuff...can't put all at a time)

Finally...

After more than a month...(almost 2). Came my lastest blog...2 days after last exam paper...few hours before attachment begin...almost no rest...WT*!@#%&$^!/?>\...anyway this isnt the worst...(see the next post)...well to fellow "attached" poly fren...gd luck with your "attachment"...(WT@!#$#^%$&>
